Land west of Kirby Hall Road, Castle Hedingham

Welbeck Land will shortly be submitting an outline planning application to Braintree District Council for new homes on land west of Kirby Hall Road, Castle Hedingham.

 

The site is approximately 3.15 hectares in size and comprises of agricultural land located within the north-western part of the village, just up the road from De Vere Primary School. We consider that the site is suitable for a development of up to 60 new homes, as well as public open space and a children’s play area. We also intend to provide a small car park on-site, to help address parking issues outside the Primary School at drop-off / pick-up times.
